Codeworkdeck was founded in Frankfurt to give international employees a calm place to prepare for work permit renewals. Authority instructions can be terse, employer paperwork takes time, and a small inconsistency may create avoidable correspondence.

Our working approach

We begin with the permit you hold, the employment you actually perform, and the published instructions of the authority responsible for your address. We separate document preparation from legal representation and refer cases requiring formal legal advice.

Our lead consultant, Mara Klein, has eight years of experience supporting international hires and mobility teams in Germany. Her work has included onboarding documents, relocation coordination, employer confirmations, and residence-title appointment preparation.
