1. Send a concise inquiry

Tell us your permit type, expiry month, responsible city, and the service you need. Do not attach identity documents to the first message.

2. Receive a document request

If the service fits, we offer available times and a short list of relevant records. You can redact account numbers and unrelated personal details.

3. Meet in English

Join by video or come to the Frankfurt office for the 75-minute flagship consultation. We work through dates, employment evidence, local instructions, and unresolved points.

4. Use your preparation note

The written note arrives within two business days. It records gaps and practical next actions; it is not a legal opinion or a promise of approval.
