Cancellation and refund policy

Before a session

Cancel at least 48 hours before the appointment for a full refund. With 24–48 hours’ notice, you may reschedule once without charge or request a 50% refund. Cancellations under 24 hours and no-shows are non-refundable because the reserved consultation time cannot usually be reassigned.

Work already started

Document reviews begin at the agreed time. Once review work has started, the completed portion is non-refundable; any unused prepaid portion will be returned. External costs requested for a client, such as an agreed certified translation, are non-refundable once purchased.

Process and timing

Email info@codeworkdeck.digital with the booking name and appointment date. Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing can add time.

Exceptions

If Codeworkdeck cancels and no suitable replacement time is accepted, the fee is refunded in full. Statutory consumer withdrawal and refund rights remain unaffected where applicable. Emergencies are considered individually; supporting details should be limited to what is necessary.
