Client notes from the preparation desk
“My contract amendment and payslips used different role names. The session helped me explain the history and ask HR for a current confirmation before my Frankfurt appointment.”
— Daniel, EU Blue Card renewal
“I expected someone to complete the application for me, which is not what this service does. Once that was clear, the checklist was very useful and the document order made the online upload much less confusing.”
— Priya, skilled-worker permit renewal
“The useful part was the timing. My passport had less validity than I realised, and Mara showed me which employer form would take longest to obtain.”
— Lucas, renewal preparation by video
A role change before renewal
Elena had moved from an analyst role to a team-lead position with the same employer. Her salary, title, and working hours appeared differently across an amendment, payslips, and an older HR letter. During an Employment Change Check, we mapped each change by date and identified the current employer confirmation needed. She then approached the authority with a coherent set of records and specific questions.
A nearly complete file
Omar had gathered every item on his city’s published checklist, but two scans were cut off and his health-insurance letter was older than the authority requested. The Document Readiness Review caught both issues before upload and gave him a short list rather than a second full round of preparation.
