This consultation is for employees whose German residence permit or EU Blue Card is approaching expiry. We review your current title, passport validity, employment contract, recent payslips, health-insurance evidence, and the renewal instructions issued by your local Ausländerbehörde.

You receive a written preparation note after the session: documents already in place, gaps to resolve, questions to raise with the authority, and a suggested order for assembling the file.

What is included

• A checklist tailored to your employment and residence situation
• Clarification of common evidence requests, including employer confirmation and proof of salary
• One follow-up email for factual clarification within seven days

What is not included

We do not represent clients before authorities, submit applications, guarantee an authority decision, provide tax advice, or replace advice from a Rechtsanwalt on disputed or complex legal matters. If your case requires legal representation, we will say so plainly.

Before the appointment

Send only non-sensitive copies needed for the review. Redact bank account numbers and unrelated personal information. Include the expiry date of your current title, the city responsible for your file, and whether your employer, role, salary, or working hours changed.

Timing and location

Sessions are available by secure video call or at our Frankfurt office. Most clients book four to twelve weeks before expiry; authority availability differs by city, so earlier preparation is often useful.
