Acceptance and scope

By booking or using a Codeworkdeck consultation, you accept these terms. We provide administrative preparation and general information based on facts you supply. We do not act as an immigration authority, law firm, tax adviser, or representative, and do not guarantee a residence or work-authorisation outcome.

Client responsibilities

You must provide accurate, current information, check authority deadlines, and make final decisions about submissions. You retain responsibility for obtaining qualified legal advice where required.

Fees, cancellation, and intellectual property

Fees are agreed before work begins. Cancellation and refund conditions appear in our Refund Policy. Checklists and written notes are licensed for your personal use; Codeworkdeck retains copyright in its original materials.

Liability

To the extent permitted by German law, liability for ordinary negligence is limited to foreseeable loss arising from breach of a material contractual duty. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health.

Governing law

German law applies. Mandatory consumer protections and statutory jurisdiction rules remain unaffected. If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
